Shipping & Delivery: After payment is received, orders usually ship within 2-7 business days. We ship UPS ground unless otherwise specified. We offer the choice of an approximate shipping fee or a flat rate of 12 dollars for all retail orders of any quantity.; All wholesale purchases have a flat rate of 15 dollars shipping.
Privacy & Security: All the information we collect about you is to tailor our communications to you. We use the information we collect to provide the products and services you request, to tell you about other products and services we offer, and to manage our Web sites and services. We DO NOT share any information with anyone.
Returns & Replacements: We want you to be happy with your purchase from bodykraze.com. You may exchange or return most merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment, within 10 days of notice of arrival. Item must be in its original condition.; Body Jewelry and Tattoo Supplies may not be returned or exchanged.
Ordering: Ordering can be completed with or without signing into bodykraze.com. Ordering by logging in will allow you to update account information, track orders, view past orders, and download product images. Ordering can be complete over the phone with a live person. Payment, Pricing & Promotions: Full payment must be made prior to shipping. All items can be stored in your shopping cart until they have been removed or purchased. All pricing is for brand new product. Any discount or promotions will be deducted at checkout. Discounts and promotions can be found by subscribing to the newsletter or following us on facebook and twitter.
Viewing Orders: You may view your complete order by logging into your account and clicking on orders.
Updating Account Information: You may update any of your account information at anytime by logging into your account. If you have lost or forgotten your password a new one will be assigned to you.
