Tattoos and Piercings

The BIG question.

Why do people get tattoos and piercings.  Is it to be different ? is it to fit in ? Can it be tradition, family, a joint group, memories, advertisement.  Whatever the case tattoos and piercings have been around since the world was born.  It is crazy how tattoos and piercings were looked down upon, and now you can't go to the grocery store without seeing someone with a tattoo or piercing.  As the president of the company I enjoy seeing and hearing why, where, who the reason was why you have gotten artwork done or pierced.  If you have time on your hand let me know the reason behind your work.
